Lagos, Nigeria - 27 February 2026 OUTCOME OF FCMB GROUP PLC BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING
At the Board of Directors' meeting of FCMB Group Plc (the Company), which held on Friday, February 27, 2026, the Board approved the Group's Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, as well as payment of Dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Details of the results and the dividend payments, as well as the related corporate actions shall be made to the Exchange upon obtaining approval of the CBN.
The Company's Insiders are hereby reminded that the closed period which commenced on January 1, 2026 will subsist until twenty-four (24) hours after the Audited Financial Statements have been released to the public.
