FCA closes investigation

Further to the Company’s announcement on 13 February 2024, that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) had commenced an investigation into the Company covering the period from 22 September 2020 to 3 January 2023, the Board of Home REIT announces that it received correspondence from the FCA on the evening of 20 October 2026.

The correspondence states that the FCA has closed its investigation into Home REIT and intends to take no further action against the Company.

Michael O’Donnell, Chair of Home REIT, said: “Following our extensive cooperation with the FCA’s investigation, we are pleased to announce that it has closed its investigation and intends to take no further action against the Company.”
