The Comp has ared the "Closed Period" starting from April 21, 2026 to April 27, 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under clause 5.6.4 ofPSX Rule Book. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO, or Executives shall directly / indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner uri the closed period.
