Execution of Key ProJect Agreements for Pressure Enhancement Facilities (PEF)

Project

We are pleased to inform that the Company along with Engro Fertilizers Limited, and Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited, has executed multiple project agreements with Mari Energies Limited, as 100% working interest owner and operator of Mari gas field, for the Pressure Enhancement Facilities (PEF) at Mari gas field, Daharki, Sindh.

The PEF Project is a strategic initiative collectively undertaken by the above fertilizer manufacturers and Mari Energies Limited and involves debottlenecking of pipeline, procurement and installation of compression facilities at various junctions of gas gathering pipeline network and related operations and maintenance. The Project is aimed to maintain the minimum delivery pressure of Habib Rahi Limestone (HRL) reservoir gas, with a potential to extend the production plateau, ensuring consistent indigenous gas supplies to fertilizer plants, directly supporting the sustained domestic urea production and contributing to national food security.
