5.Cause of occurrence:

A leak in the insulated pipeline of the polyester staple fiber

production line caused a gas explosion.

6.Countermeasures:

At 2:53 a.m., a fire broke out at the Company's Hsinpu plant. The local

fire department was promptly notified and responded to the incident,

extinguishing the fire by approximately 3:30 a.m. The cause of the fire

is currently under investigation. As of now, 21 individuals have been

transported to nearby hospitals for treatment, with 2 fatalities,

5 in serious condition, and 14 sustaining minor injuries. The extent of

damage to the production line and equipment is still under evaluation.

The affected polymerization unit currently has a daily capacity of 160 tons;

however, there is no significant impact on the Company's overall

operations. The Company has full insurance coverage, and the financial

impact is expected to be minimal.

deceased employees by providing compensation and assistance with

post-incident arrangements. We are also committed to ensuring that all

injured employees receive the necessary medical treatment and care.
