AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES 11 AND 16 OF THE COMPANY BYLAW
Rome, November 19th, 2024 - The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Caltagirone Editore S.p.A. was held today in Rome under the chairmanship of Mrs. Azzurra Caltagirone.
The Meeting approved amendments to Articles 11 and 16 of the Company Bylaw concerning the procedures for participation and representation at Shareholders' Meetings and the convening of the Board of Directors.
The updated Company Bylaw and the minutes of the Meeting's resolution will be made available to the market in accordance with applicable regulations and will be published on the Company's website at www.caltagironeeditore.com.
