Exercise of Share Options, Issue of Equity and TVR
Facilities by ADF plc has announced the admission to trading on AIM of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, issued to satisfy the exercise of share options. This issuance will bring the total number of ordinary shares in issue to 110,322,776, with no shares held in treasury. These new shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and the updated total will serve as the denominator for shareholders calculating their notification obligations under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. 15 July 2026 Facilities by ADF plc ("Facilities by ADF", "ADF", the "Company" or the "Group") Exercise of Share Options and Issue of Equity Total Voting Rights Facilities by ADF plc (AIM:ADF), the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options. Admission is expected to occur on 20 July 2026 and the Ordinary Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. On Admission, the Company will have a total of 110,322,776 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury. The figure of 110,322,776 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
