Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
SpaceandPeople (AIM:SAL) the retail, promotional and brand experience specialist, announces that the following executive directors exercised options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's 2012 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of the new Ordinary Shares and Admission is expected to become effective, and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence, on or around 8.00 a.m. on 4 June 2026.
