  27 July 2026       Personal Group Holdings Plc   ("the Company" or "the Group")     Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights   Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and health insurance provider, announces that it has today allotted 27,776 new ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each in the capital of the Company (" Ordinary Shares ") following the exercise of options by two employees under the Company's Share Option Plan (the " CSOP ").   Admission and Total Voting Rights   Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (" Admission "), and it is expected that Admission will occur on 30 July 2026. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, including the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the date of issue.   Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 31,610,998 ordinary shares of £0.05 pence each.
