Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that, on 26 May 2026, an employee and former employee of the Company exercised in aggregate 4,773 options over Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which were granted on 2 May 2023 pursuant to the 2018 Deferred Incentive Share Option Plan (the "Deferred Plan").

Accordingly, the Company transferred 4,773 Ordinary Shares on 26 May 2026 from Ordinary Shares held in treasury by the Company in respect of the above exercises. 

Following the above transactions, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury is 177,860 and the Company has 14,204,087 Ordinary Shares in issue and 14,026,227 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The figure of 14,026,227 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders of Portmeirion Group PLC as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
