24 June 2025 essensys plc ("essensys", the "Company" or the "Group") Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, announces that it has issued and allotted 24,819 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options by an employee of the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 24,819 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 26 June 2025. The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 64,751,830 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. As such the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 64,751,830.
