EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
Quadnetics Group PLC announces that, following the exercise by employees of
options over 30,000 ordinary shares, these shares have today been allotted.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM, which is
expected to occur on Friday 3 December.
