11 July 2024 Gattaca plc ("Gattaca" or the "Company") Exercise of Options Gattaca, the specialist staffing solutions business, announces the exercise of certain employee options issued pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan ("Options"). Following the exercise of Options the Company has allotted 7,161 new ordinary shares of one penny each (the "Ordinary Shares").
