Everspin Technologies Set to Join Russell 2000® Index

(NASDAQ: MRAM), the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM) persistent memory solutions, today announced it is expected to be added to the U.S. small-cap Russell 2000 Index at the close of U.S. equity markets on June 26, 2026, as part of the 2026 Russell indexes reconstitution. The newly reconstituted indexes are expected to take effect when U.S. markets open June 29, 2026. Membership in the Russell 2000 Index is based on inclusion in the broad-market Russell 3000 Index. The company’s stock also is expected to be automatically added to the appropriate growth and value style indexes. According to FTSE Russell data as of the end of June 2025, about $12.2 trillion in assets are benchmarked against the Russell U.S. indexes.
