Pursuant to the BOD resolution no. 012/2018/HĐQT/NQ dated 31/10/2018 regarding the repurchasing of 1.500.000 shares as treasury shares, on 09th November 2018, Everpia JSC has received the Letter no. 7514/UBCK-QLCB dated 08/11/2018 from State Securities Committee approved the proposed plan of repurchasing shares.
As regulated in clause 4, article 44, Circular 162/2015/TT-BTC dated 26/10/2015, the Company will disclose the transaction within 07 working days since receiving the SSC's notice, and carry out the transaction after at least 07 working days from the disclosuredate.
