The Board of Directors of Euroz Limited (ASX:EZL) ('Euroz' or 'the Group') is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Anthony Hewett to the full time role of Company Secretary to the Group (and its subsidiaries), effective immediately.
Mr Hewett brings over a decade of experience to the role, and holds a Master of Business Law, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Governance Institute of Australia.
The Board would like to thank Mrs Tracey Everitt for her contribution to the Group in this role, and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
