Guidotti Ships lists on Euronext €6.4 million raised 53 rd listing on Euronext in 2026 Milan - 28 July 2026 - Euronext today congratulates Guidotti Ships, a specialised operator in maritime services across the Mediterranean, on its listing on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker code: GDT). The company operates in four key business areas: offshore assistance, marine surveying, pollution response and seasonal passenger transport, through a proprietary fleet of 11 multi-purpose vessels operating continually. Supported by leading quality, safety and environmental certifications, Guidotti Ships provides integrated solutions to industrial and institutional clients, meeting the highest operational standards. Guidotti Ships represents Euronext's 53 rd listing in 2026. The admission and issue price of Guidotti Ships shares was set at €2.3 per share. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) raised €6.4 million.
