VANCOUVER, May 4 /CNW/ - EurOmax Resources Limited (TSX-V: EOX) ("EurOmax") announces that is has obtained an unsecured loan (the "Loan") in the amount of $100,000 from an individual lender (the "Lender"). The Company shall use the Loan for general working capital purposes. The Loan is evidenced by a promissory note issued to the Lender. The Loan matures on April 30, 2010 and will accrue interest at a rate of 20% per annum. Interest payments are due quarterly in arrears. The Company has the option to repay the Loan at any time.
