On May 20, 2026, Velislav Milkov Hristov transferred, under the terms of a registration agency, 1,925,000 warrants issued by Eurohold Bulgaria AD;
On May 20, 2026, Corporate Advisors EOOD transferred, under the terms of a registration agency, 8,667,334 warrants issued by Eurohold Bulgaria AD;
On May 20, 2026, "S Finance" EAD transferred, under the terms of a registration agency, 27,206,000 warrants issued by Eurohold Bulgaria AD;
