EuroGroup Laminations S p A : Termination by mutual consent of the assignment of an executive with strategic responsibilities

TERMINATION BY MUTUAL CONSENT OF THE ASSIGNMENT OF AN EXECUTIVE WITH STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Baranzate (Milan), 12th July 2024 - EuroGroup Laminations S.p.A. (the "Parent Company", and together with its subsidiaries the "Group") informs that the employment relationship with Bostjan Bratus, managing director of Eurotranciatura S.p.A. (the "Company") and Group executive with strategic responsibilities, has been closed today with mutual consent, due to the Company reorganization and for personal reasons on side of Mr. Bratus.

The Company informs that it will recognise to Mr Bratus economic attributions linked to the termination of the executive employment relationship as well as to the termination ante tempus of the directorship, in line with the limits of what is envisaged by the Italian collective agreement for the professional category. No additional allowances or benefits are recognised.

On the basis of the information available to the Group, as of today Mr Bratus holds No. 45,280 ordinary shares of the Parent Company.

The Group thanks Mr. Bratus for his professional contribution and wishes him the best for the future.
