VANCOUVER, Jan. 15 /CNW/ - Eureka Resources, Inc. (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has agreed to acquire two mineral claims in the vicinity of the Company's Frasergold property in British Columbia from Zelon Enterprises Ltd. for $4,000 cash and 40,000 common shares of the Company subject to regulatory approval.
