EUR sells 0.5 million crml shares for u$1.625m (a$2.5m) to a US institutional investor

European Lithium Ltd (ASX: EUR, FRA:PF8, OTC: EULIF) (European Lithium or the Company) is pleased to announce that Critical Metals Corp. (Nasdaq: CRML) in an off-market transaction sold 0.5 million CRML shares to a US institutional investor at U$3.25 per share for U$1.625M (Approx $A2.5m) net proceeds to EUR. Executive Chairman Tony Sage said, 'This transaction again highlights the value of the Company's holding in CRML.

The remaining 63 million shares held in CRML, using the $US3.25 sale amount, values the Company's holding at approximately $US205m ($A315m), which is well above the current market capitalisation of EUR. The Company's holding in CRML equates to $0.218 per EUR share.'
