Corporate News ERWE Immobilien AG: Volker Lemke new Chairman of the Supervisory Board Volker Lemke elected new Chairman of the Supervsory Board Dr. Olaf Hein resigned from the Supervisory Board upon conclusion of the Annual General Meeting Frankfurt/M., 26 May 2021. The shareholders represented at the Annual General Meeting on May 25, 2021 of ERWE Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A1X3WX6), Frankfurt/M., have elected Vol- ker Lemke new member of the Supervisory Board. He replaces Dr. Olaf Hein, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, who - as previously announced - resigned from the Board for personal reasons. Following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, the members of the Supervisory Board elected Mr. Lemke the new Chairman. Mr. Lemke is a member of the Board of Management of Elbstein AG.
