The Management Board of EQUNICO SE (the "Company", "Issuer") hereby publishes the Consolidated Condensed Financial Statements of the EQUNICO Capital Group for the first quarter of 2025, covering the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.
The above report contains quarterly financial information concerning EQUNICO SE, therefore, in accordance with the previous statement contained in Current Report No. 6/2025, the Company does not publish a separate quarterly report.
