EQ Update on Annual Filings
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - EQ Inc. (TSXV: EQ) (“EQ Works”) (the “Corporation”) wishes to announce that further to its press releases dated April 2, 2015 and April 16, 2015, respectively, the Corporation has filed its financial statements, accompanying management discussion and analysis and annual information form for the year ended December 31, 2014 on SEDAR. As a result, the Corporation expects that the Management Cease Trade Order that was previously granted under National Policy 12-203 will be lifted by the Ontario Securities Commission two full business days from the date hereof.
