Reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Epic Energy Limited is pleased to announcr that its subsidiary, Swachcha Urja Nirman LLP (SUN LLP), has signed a Technology Transfer Agreement witht the Centre of Materials for Electronics Technology (CMET) for Battery Recycling of end of life assorted Li-ion Batteries (excluding LFP Batteries using a hydro-metallurgical process.This 10-year licence agreement marks a significant step towards sustainable e-waste management and environmental conservation.
