Further to our announcement made on 26 April 2013, 2 May 2013 and 21 May 2013, the Company wishes to announce that as at 10 June 2013, the actual value of RRPT transacted with Pesaka Nuri Sdn Bhd, a related party, has exceeded by another 10% of the estimated value as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 5 June 2012 as shown in Table 1.
