FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT MADE PURSUANT
TO RULE 13.09 OF THE LISTING RULES
This announcement is made by Enviro Energy International Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'') and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 26 August 2020 (the ''Announcement''). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.
The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') wishes to provide supplemental information in relation to the Suspected Forgeries. It is suspected that the Suspected Forgeries, might have allegedly caused the Company's shareholding in Subsidiary A to be diluted from 100% to 25%. As at the date of this announcement, the company chop of Subsidiary A is in the possession of its legal representative and the Company has issued a written warning to the said legal representative to not conduct any act without the Board's approval. Further, the purported new shareholder of Subsidiary A is Shenzhen Aquatic Products Co., Ltd* (深圳市水產有限公司), who has previously conducted business with various subsidiaries of the Company but, based on the information currently available to the Company, is an independent third party of the Company as defined under the Listing Rules.
The Company will closely monitor the case and evaluate its impact to the Company and keep the shareholders and potential investors updated on the subsequent developments of the case. The Board will make further announcements on this matter as and when appropriate.
