The issue was placed at a price swapped to an interest rate of 3 months NIBOR + 1.12 % p.a. Following this transaction, the total amount outstanding in the bond issue is NOK 950,000,000 . Settlement date is 29 April 2026 . The transaction was arranged by DNB Carnegie.
