Ensurge Micropower: Grant of Incentive Subscription Rights

ENSURGE MICROPOWER ASA

Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company") has resolved to grant 7,500,000 incentive
subscription rights to Bryce Dille, the Company's new Chief Financial Officer,
under the Company's 2026 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan, as resolved at the
Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2026.

The exercise price of the subscription rights is NOK 0.65 per share.

The subscription rights will become vested over four years from the date of
hire, with a one-year cliff such that no subscription rights vest until after
the first 12 months, at which time 25% of the subscription rights shall vest
immediately, with the remaining subscription rights vesting thereafter in equal
quarterly increments.

The vested subscription rights shall be exercisable until 15 May 2031.

The subscription rights otherwise follow the terms and conditions of the 2026
Subscription Rights Incentive Plan.
