Oslo, 26 May 2026 Alexander Munch-Thore has notified the Board of Directors that he resigns as Chair of the Board of Directors due to family reasons. "It is with regret that I have decided to step down from the Board of Ensurge Micropower. This decision has been made for family reasons and is unrelated to the Company, its strategy or its prospects. I have great confidence in Ensurge's team, its technology and the direction the Company is heading, and I will continue to follow its progress with strong interest. The Board will appoint a temporary Chair from among the existing directors.
