This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Engro Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 02:00 p.m. (Pak Time) at The Harbor Front Building, Marine Drive, Block - 4, Clifton, Karachi to consider the financial statements for the nine months ended September 30, 2025 and the declaiation of entitlement, if any.
The Company has declared "Closed Period" from Friday, October 17, 2025 to Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
