Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 14th November, 2025 to, inter-alia, consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2025.
In continuation of our letter dated 26.09.2025, for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL's securities has been closed from 01.10.2025 which will continue to remain close till 16.11.2025 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the EIL's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information". The Trading Window shall re-open on 17.11.2025. Accordingly, all the concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested to ensure that no trading of EIL Securities will carry out during the period of Window Closure.
