Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform the following:
The next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 26th February, 2026 to, inter-alia, consider and approve 2nd Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that EIL has fixed Friday, 6th March, 2026 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd interim dividend on equity paid-up share capital of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, if any, declared at the aforesaid Board Meeting. The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to those shareholders whose names appear:
as beneficial owners in the statement(s) furnished by the Depository(ies) as on the close of business hours on Friday, 6th March, 2026 in respect of shares held in electronic form; and
as members in the Register of Members on Friday, 6th March, 2026 in respect of physical shares.
For the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL's securities has been closed from 17.02.2026 which will continue to remain close till 28.02.2026 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the EIL's "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information". The Trading Window shall re-open on 02.03.2026. Accordingly, all the concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested to ensure that no trading of EIL Securities will carry out during the period of Window Closure.
