About this update from Engineer Gold Mines Ltd.

June 24, 2025 Vancouver, BC, Canada - Engineer Gold Mines Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX-V: EAU) announce its plans to initiate exploration activities at its flagship Engineer Gold Project, which is a 18,319 hectare mineral claim group located 32 km west of Atlin, BC (See map below). The past producing epithermal-style Engineer Gold Mine has a rich history of high-grade gold production and the Company aims to build on this legacy by integrating advanced exploration techniques to unlock new opportunities. The Company has secured a mineral exploration permit that allows for surface exploration activities, including: 50 surface drill pads, targeting known mineralized zones and promising new areas, 1000 m of trenching, designed to expose near-surface gold-bearing structures, 10 km combined trail construction and upgrades, improving access to key targets, and The construction of a facility to house the Company's onsite 30 tonnes-per-day pilot mill, for future onsite processing operations. The Company remains committed to responsible resource development and will provide regular updates on exploration progress and project milestones. About Engineer Gold Mines Ltd. The Engineer Gold Project encompasses an area of 18,319 hectares and is currently subdivided into three areas: the Engineer Gold Mine, Tag Property and Wann River. Recent exploration has identified a small, high-grade historical gold mineral resource at the historical underground Engineer Mine (see Company website for NI-43101 report ), a small gold-silver historical mineral resource on the Tag Property, numerous high-grade vein and shear-hosted bulk-tonnage gold exploration targets and a small, high-grade gold production opportunity. Both the resources are epithermal-style systems with additional epithermal targets evident on the Project, including the Happy Sullivan. Wann River constitutes an orogenic gold target associated with the prolific Llewellyn fault, and has returned significant gold silver results including a grab sample yielding 263 g/t gold and 1350 g/t silver in 2010 from the Lum showing, one of the many local BC Minfile showings.
