Mr Prest will take over from Mr David Blanch who has resigned as ERA's Chief Financial Officer in order to take up another role within the Rio Tinto Group. Mr Blanch will work with Mr Prest to ensure a timely and smooth transition. Mr Prest brings substantial corporate, business development and finance leadership experience to ERA. He is currently the General Manager Finance for Rio Tinto Aluminium's Pacific Operations business unit. Mr Prest has more than 30 years' experience in the resources sector and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration and is an experienced Director of a number of Rio Tinto's Aluminium's Joint Venture assets.
