In accordance with the restructuring of corporate governance and in order to comply with the Strategic Plan published on 27 December 2024, the Company reports the hiring of three different senior managers for its two lines of business, Industrial Self- consumption and Generation.

In the Industrial Self-consumption area, two new managers have joined the company:
o Guillem Junyent as Director of Strategy and Business Development:Economist, with previous experience in the photovoltaic sector, he will be in charge of strengthening the self-consumption commercial network and its protocols to guarantee the highest quality of customer service and the complete self-consumption service offered by the Company.
- Oriol Ventura as Director of Operations:a technical engineer in Industrial Electronics and Agricultural Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in companies in the energy sector, he will lead the operations of this line of business.
- In the generation photovoltaic división:
- Antonio Arcas as Director of Generation Operations: Industrial engineer, he also has extensive professional experience in the field of renewable energies.
