End of MiCA Transitional Period in Lithuania
GSTechnologies Limited announced that its Lithuanian subsidiary, GS Fintech UAB, has not obtained crypto-asset service provider authorisation under MiCA by the 31 December 2025 transitional period deadline, despite a September 2025 application. The company intends to resubmit its application in Q1 2026 and will ensure trading continuity by transitioning operations to its recently acquired Polish VASP-registered entity, Finferno Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością. 31 December 2025 GSTechnologies Limited ("GST" or the "Company") End of MiCA Transitional Period in Lithuania GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE: GST), the fintech company, announces that following the submission of a MiCA license application to the Bank of Lithuania in September 2025, GS Fintech UAB has not obtained crypto-asset service provider (CASP) authorisation under MiCA by the end of the transitional period, which expires on 31 December 2025. The Company plans to resubmit its application to the Bank of Lithuania in Q1 2026 and in the meantime, to ensure trading continuity without interruption, GS Fintech UAB's platform will transition to operations under VASP-registered Finferno Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością in Poland, whose acquisition by the Company was announced on 29 December 2025.
