Announcement of starting operations of Manasah and Zaatari project
at Mafraq area in Jordan
We hereby announces that, Our group company Enbio Lel Taqa FZC LLC

U.A.E）, started operations of Manasah and Zaatari Project (Solar Power Plant) at Mafraq area in Jordan on October 1st, 2021.
The annual water resources per person is extremely small at 129 ㎥ in Jordan. Therefore, the development and the fair use of water resources are becoming one of the main issues.
We can contribute to solve the issues of water resources by supplying the water gained by the power generation of our solar power plant to the local area including Zaatari refugee camp.

2. Future Outlook
We generate 2,840,000kWh per year at 3 sites after starting these 2 solar power plants. We
will look to develop more projects.
The prediction of sales of these 2 projects won't affect our forecast since we have already expected the sales in our initial budget.
