This improvement of 4% in efficiency from previously 53.3 kWh/kg results from a combination of AI-driven operational optimization, advancements in the balance of plant, and continuous core technology improvements. Together, these innovations reduce energy consumption and therefore lower the total cost of ownership. With reduced energy requirements, Enapter’s megawatt electrolyzers offer significantly lower OPEX, while maintaining the inherently low maintenance needs of Enapter’s modular AEM systems.
