RENTOKIL INITIAL plc
After the completion of our recent bond road show, Rentokil Initial plc
announces the issue of GBP 300m of 10-year bonds. The annual coupon on the bonds
has been set at 5.75 per cent. The bonds will be repayable at par on 31 March
2016 and will be issued under the company's Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
