DIPLOMA PLC - EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST DEALINGS
Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified today that Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited, as trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 5.85 pence per share.
The purchases were made in order to cover obligations of the Trust under the Company's employee share schemes.
Following these transactions the Trust now holds 971,601 shares, representing 0.86% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
