Lucerne, 31 March 2025 -Anette Weber will be nominated for election to the Board of Directors at the General Meeting of Emmi AG on 10 April 2025. The Board of Directors is confident that the candidate's strong financial expertise and broad experience in international management make her an ideal addition to the Emmi Group's nine-member supervisory body.

At the General Meeting on 10 April 2025, the Board of Directors of Emmi AG will nominate Anette Weber to the shareholders for election to the Board of Directors. The experienced financial expert has been CFO of the Bucherer Group in Lucerne since 2020 and has extensive international management experience. She spent 20 years in various finance and management roles at the Novartis Group in Europe, Asia and Switzerland.


In addition, she also has ten years of experience as a board member of international publicly listed companies such as New Work SE (Germany) and GN Store Nord S/A (Denmark), where she also chairs the Audit Committee. Ms Weber obtained her master's degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has attended various executive leadership programmes at renowned universities in the USA.
