Emergent Industrial Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 12th August, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the following:- Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Statements of the company for the quarter ended on June, 30, 2026.- To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.It may be noted that as per Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company which has already been closed for Insiders w.e.f. Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Financial Results.
