LAS VEGAS — May 21, 2026 — Embarr Downs, Inc. (OTCID: EMBR), acquires controlling interest in White Fox Ventures, Inc. (OTCExperts: AWAW), a diversified holdings and venture development firm, who had previously announced the successful acquisition of a controlling interest in Amayyaa Inc., a Delaware corporation and the parent company of Duke & Duke LLC (“Duke & Duke”), a California-based premium spirits development company with a century-deep heritage in American bourbon.
Following the close of the acquisition, Mark Jones, the Current President and CEO of White Fox Ventures, Inc. became the new President and CEO of Embarr Downs, Inc.
White Fox Ventures, Inc. was some weeks ago downgraded to the expert market due to some compliance setback that would be rectified very soon. While waiting for the setbacks to be rectified, AWAW will continue to consolidate all of its acquisitions, which will correspondingly consolidated into EMBR as the holding parent of AWAW.
