The company under the trade name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") pursuant to paragraph 4.1.1 point

- The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders which is exclusively competent to approve the distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2024, following the relevant proposal of the Board of Directors.
Finally, the Company notes that:
- Both the Financial Results and the Trading Updates, will be released following the closing of the market on the Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the corporate website (https://www.elvalhalcor.com/) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (https://www.athexgroup.gr)
and
- the Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following prompt notification of the investors' community by amending the present, pursuant to the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.
