The board of directors of Ellipsiz Ltd (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, EllipTech Solutions Pte Ltd, has been struck off from the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act (Chapter 50) of Singapore with effect from 6 September 2021 (the "Strike Off").

The Strike Off is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current fnancial year.

None of the directors or the controlling shareholder of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Strike Off, save for their respective shareholdings (if any) in the Company.
