January 17, 2022 Cyprus Stock Exchange Nicosia ANNOUNCEMENT Subject: Sale of the Investment in NIPD Genetics Ltd from Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the "Company") under the applicable law and for the sake of transparency and in order to fully inform Company's shareholders and the investing public , announces that it has sold all the shares it had in NIPD Genetics Ltd to Medicover Investment B.V. The Company owned before the sale, 452 shares with investment cost of €303.000. The sale price reached to €1.600 per share resulting in total income from sale €723.200. The sale of the shares will result in a net profit for the Company of €420.200. The transaction was completed on January 11, 2022. Medicover Investment B.V. increase of ownership in NIPD Genetics Ltd from 18,9% to 87,2% is of strategic importance for NIPD Genetics Ltd as it will help bolster research and development and at the same time help promote the existing solutions of NIPD Genetics Ltd in other markets through their existing network.
