August 31, 2026 Cyprus Stock Exchange Nicosia ANNOUNCEMENT Subject: Announcement of appointment of new Compliance Officer We hereby wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd (the "Company"), at its meeting held on August 31, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms Vera Neoptolemou, with effect from August 31, 2026, as: the Company's Senior Compliance Officer in relation to its obligations arising from its capacity as an issuer of securities listed on the Regulated Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, replacing Mr Constantinos Servos; and the Company's Senior Compliance Officer for Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing matters (AML Officer), replacing Mr Christos Hadjikyriakou, who has been appointed to the position of Assistant Compliance Officer for matters relating to the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Cyprus.
