Featuring seven rising stars, "Mirror Mix" brings beauty and music together in true e.l.f. style
OAKLAND, Calif., September 25, 2026--(BUSINESS WIRE)--e.l.f. Cosmetics, a brand from e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE: ELF), announces today the launch of "Mirror Mix," its second original music compilation album featuring seven rising artists across pop, R&B, Latin and rock. "Mirror Mix" continues e.l.f.'s commitment to empowering the next generation of artists through e.l.f. Made, its entertainment arm, built to disrupt the norms of the entertainment industry through music, entertainment, sports and gaming.
e.l.f. is driven to democratize access to dreams for these talents who are underserved in the music industry:
1 in 3 independent artists (not backed by a label) say they are challenged by lack of exposure and getting their music heard.
78% of independent artists earned less than $15,000 from their music in a year; only 13% live solely off earnings from their music.
82% of independent artists can't afford to tour; 87.5% of those 18–24 find it completely unaffordable.
It is a gap e.l.f. has been working to close. The brand launched its first album in 2024, Get Ready With Music, The Album, generating 500,000+ Spotify streams and 10M YouTube views. e.l.f. also collaborated with Colombian singer and songwriter, Manuel Turizo, on an original song, "ojos. labios. cara" and created the most viral branded campaign in TikTok history, "#eyeslipsface."
"At e.l.f., we've always believed in empowering the voices of every eye, lip and face, and that includes every artist with a story and every fan looking to discover something new," said Patrick O'Keefe, Chief Integrated Marketing Officer, e.l.f. Brands. "Beauty and music are both powerful forms of self-expression and everyone deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard and celebrated. 'Mirror Mix' is about opening doors for rising artists, giving them a platform to connect with new audiences and turn these moments into lasting careers."
